Where Faith is Better Shared
Confession is available to all. Have you tried it lately?When I say “confession,” what comes to mind? I promise, I’m not stalking you and asking you to admit to driving too fast or cutting someone off in traffic. I didn’t see when you let a co-worker or family member believe that thing that wasn’t really true because it was easier than coming clean. But I am asking you to confess.

Are you looking for the Peace of God?A few years back… Okay. More than a few years back, there was a song that included the line “Don’t worry. Be ____.” Do you remember? It seemed to indicate that a joyful attitude was the opposite of worry.
That’s not what God says.
Phil. 4:6-7 says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made know to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
God clearly says, “Don’t worry. Be PRAYERFUL. Then, you’ll get peace.”

Have you ever wanted to have God with you?
It is possible. And I strongly recommend it!Phil. 4:9 says, “What you have learned and received and heard and see in me — practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.”
I know some people who do not have faith. They face every life situation alone. They fend for themselves. They have no hope in anyone other than the face in their mirror. It saddens me.
I know some other people who claim to have faith. They attend church. They carry their Bible around. They volunteer to help with Bible school or other activities – as long as it doesn’t inconvenience them too much.
